Our romantic escape was amazing! the staff was very friendly and always helpful, making us feel welcomed. the rooms were clean and spacious, with modern bathrooms that provided ample hot water. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast, included in the price, and took advantage of the nearby restaurants. the location was perfect, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and tourist sites.
The kitchen could use some improvement. the food we ordered for lunch and dinner was not great and lacked flavor.

I had an amazing stay here. The staff was always available whenever I needed them, and they went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The rooms were very nice and had lots of beautiful artwork throughout the hotel. Plus, the manager helped me arrange tours for a fair price.

The hotel is conveniently located in an area where transportation can be easily arranged. the hotel itself can be difficult to locate in the crowded Thamel area. the hotel is in the centre of town, close to tourist attractions, restaurants, and shops. the hotel restaurant provides a convenient dining option throughout the day.
The view from the hotel is underwhelming.

I recently visited a hotel for a city trip and loved the comfortable rooms and friendly staff. The hotel's location was perfect, with restaurants and shops within walking distance, making it easy to explore the city. The hotel also offered a complimentary breakfast and a beautiful outdoor terrace to relax on.
Occasional power cuts, but the staff was quick to give us updates on when the power would come back and helped us navigate through it. one staff member wasn't as friendly as the others, but overall, the rest of the staff made up for it with their helpfulness and great service.
